Ruby’s New Platform is Launching with a Bang!

Ruby® Receptionists is abuzz with excitement over the approaching launch of our new platform! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll go live on the new communications platform with complimentary service Sunday, May 1st! On this special occasion, our cheerful virtual receptionists will be answering calls free of charge from 10:00am to 3:00pm Pacific Time!

We worked with KRP Communications to choose Interactive Intelligence‘s Customer Interaction Center software for our new platform, and local programmers/wizards at CSG Professional Services did a fantastic job customizing the software so as to best enhance our unique virtual receptionist service. With this new platform we’ll be able to offer even more features and make our friendly, professional service even better!

What can you expect with the new system? We’ll provide the same personalized service but with even more information for you! Every message will include supplemental details, along with a number of other cool additions. Thanks to Portland-based software company Sembit, the Ruby iPhone app will be expanded as will the newly mobile friendly Member Services Area! Ruby clients will also be able to update their Whereabouts by logging onto the Member Services Area from their computers or smartphones – Droid and Blackberry users rejoice!

If you’re a current client, you’ve already received an email listing all of the specifics on the handy new features, and over the next few weeks, we’ll be going through each one with examples and screenshots right here on the Ruby blog.
