We couldn’t be more proud of Katharine’s impact at Ruby, as well as on the greater Portland tech community. Her dedication to encouraging women to pursue careers in technology is reflected in her support of local organizations including PDXWIT, Girls Inc. of the PNW, and her position on the board of App Camp for Girls. We’re excited to announce that, in line with these efforts, Senior Vice President of Operations, Stephanie Copeland Weber, has been named Chief Operating Officer, a new position at Ruby. In this new role, Stephanie will oversee all effort and programs that promote employee success and accelerate our ability to grow.

We’re also excited to share that Christina Burns, Vice President of Service (and veteran Ruby), is taking on the role of Vice President of Customer Success.
