We're proud to be an early adopter of a $15.25 minimum starting wage for receptionists. Our compensation packages include 401k matching, profit sharing, and recognition incentives.

How We People-Power Our Culture
Every Ruby employee receives culture funds of $100 per year to create community and make Ruby a better place. Rubys use this money to organize people-powered clubs, groups, and activities including the Ruby Death Squad (our kickball team), Ruby Rainbows for our LGBT+ team members, the Ruby Paw Pack (dog walker’s club), and the Ruby Green Team, just to name a few…
We Promote Swellness
To us, Swellness is a year-long celebration of whole-Ruby wellness! Each office location features a monthly wellness theme that comes complete with activities, events, guest speakers, and resources. Themes so far include nutrition, dynamic families, mental health, career cultivation, and more! We also offer weekly in-house fitness classes for employees to enjoy—come yoga, run, or Zumba with us!
