I agree. My law firm uses a virtual office and had been using their receptionist for over two years before switching to Ruby. Just one quarter with Ruby and I have noticed a marked difference in the number of calls that actually make it through to me (about twice the volume) and my customers are much happier. Ruby gets results and is worth the “extra” that I pay for the service even when reception service is already included with my virtual office package.

Great question, Josh! While we don't have an Android-specific app, our Member Services Area is completely mobile-friendly. It has all the features of the iPhone app, including the ability to update your whereabouts, look up messages, download contacts straight to your phone, and more. It's pretty neat, and you can bookmark it in your mobile browser for quick access! Please let me know if you have any more questions -- I'd be happy to help!
