Meet Jami R
Who’s got talent? Jami, that’s who! This Portland native is an avid singer and athlete. Jami’s career goal is to sing, and she plans to win American Idol in the process. In addition to her amazing vocals, Jami was a gymnast for 14 years. She loves spending time with friends and family, learning new recipes, and playing with her puppy. Jami also has an amazing knack for making callers and coworkers smile. Star quality, anyone? We certainly think so! Jami, you have our vote!
Meet Jessica M
Lookout, Duck fans! Jessica is an avid OSU Beavers football fan, and attending Beaver games is one of her favorite pastimes. She is originally from Boring, Oregon, and likes reading, shopping, playing with her dog, and outdoorsy activities like camping. Jessica hopes to one day own an event planning business, and says she would love to plan weddings and other events. Hardworking Jessica held two jobs while going to school full time – one at a coffee shop, and one at a bar. Needless to say, she’s great at making delicious drinks!
Meet Whitney M
Portland native Whitney has a lot on her plate, but this go-getter wouldn’t have it any other way! Whitney is a vocal soloist for a classic rock band, and she’s a part of various jazz and classical ensembles. One of her major goals is to finish her teaching degree so she “can mold the minds of the rebellious youth in which our future lies”. Whitney teaches Zumba, dance, and choreography, and performs in plays. She loves hiking, cooking, watching old movies, and reading, and she’s a big fan of the New York Times. Here’s an inspiring quote from this talented Ruby: “I believe life’s too short to always be serious, and the smallest, simplest effort can make the change”. Wow! We agree, Whitney, and we’re so thankful for the positive impact you make on our clients, our callers, and your fellow Rubys every day.
Meet Clarice S
Clarice hails from Berkeley, California, but has called Oregon home for several years. This cosmopolitan Ruby has also lived in Belgium and England, and loves traveling. When she’s not wowing callers with her knock-your-socks-off charm, you’ll often find her working on the house that she and her husband recently bought. She enjoys watching a good flick, spending time with family, listening to music, and cruising Facebook in her spare time. Here’s a fun quote from the indispensible Clarice: “As my dad likes to say, by the time I was five years old I had been gassed in Berkeley, robbed in Rome, and shipwrecked in the North Sea. It’s a little stretch, but true.” Clarice, we’re glad your many adventures led you to Ruby!
Meet Eve T
Eve is originally from San Diego, but has lived in Oregon since 1995. Her goals include visiting Paris, being published again (this brilliant Ruby has already been published in two books: Letters from The Soul and A Treasury of Great American Poets — Wow!), and opening a sandwich shop one day. Eve’s got ambition to spare! When she’s not at Ruby, she likes going to concerts, camping, singing, reading, and writing.
