If you do not know your Member Services login information, and are the primary account holder, give us a call at 866-611-7829 or staff@callruby.com and we'll be happy to set you up. back to topGetting Out of Demo ModeThe first time you launch Ruby® for iPhone, you will see sample data from a "Demonstration Account" user. To log in, visit the "Account" tab, and enter your primary email address (the email associated with your member services account) and your password. You should only have to do this once. The next time you launch Ruby® for iPhone, you'll be logged in as you. back to topThe Whereabouts StatusFor the Rest of TodayUse this option when you want us to follow an instruction for the rest of the day or until you clear your status. For example, if you're leaving the office for lunch and don't know when you will be back, use this option and clear your status when you want us to return to your default call-handling instructions. If you forget to clear your status, we'll return to your default instructions tomorrow morning.
Until Further NoticeUse this option when you want us to follow an instruction for more than one day. We will follow this instruction until you update again (or clear your status). CustomUse this option when you want us to follow an instruction until a certain time. For example, if you know you'll be back from lunch at 1:15pm, set that as your end time and we will automatically go back to your default call-handling instructions after 1:15pm. Similarly, if you are going to be out of the office for a number of days, set your end time for the day and time you plan to be back in the office. This option is also useful when you want to set your status for sometime in the future. For example, if you know you will be out of the office tomorrow at noon until the next day at 1pm, send us the update now and we'll remember to update your status for you! Special InstructionsUse this field to give us any additional instructions. For example, if you've asked us to hold calls for the rest of today, you can add "Try me on my cell if John Smith calls" here. back to top |
